What Segments of the Power Industry does FieldCore work on in the North America?

You name it. We work on it. The majority of our work in North America is on Heavy Duty (HD) Gas Turbines and HD Steam Turbines (Coal and Nuclear), but we also work on Wind, Hydro, and Aeroderivative Gas Turbines.

Are these traveling positions?

Yes. All of our HD Gas and Steam Field positions require you to travel throughout the United States and international as needed. It's common for our employees to be gone 6 to 8 months out of the year. We do provide employees with per diem which is a tax free allowance for room and board.

How is FieldCore currently conducting interviews?

At FieldCore, the safety of our employees and future employees is our priority. While COVID-19 continues, interviews will take place virtually using methods such as Skype, MS Teams and other video conferencing tools or via phone.

What is Outage Season?

Outage Season is the time of year our customers can shut down parts of their power plants to allow us to do large scale maintenance on HD Gas and Steam equipment. Due to this, the majority of our work is in the months of Fall and Spring. During these months, usually 6 to 8 months, it's common to expect to be working 7 days a week for 12 hour shifts on day and night shifts.
